A Sunny Day

And yet I found no time to sit in the sun, despite working from home today. By the time I had cleared my emails from yesterday a load more had arrived. There were several things that I needed to get done this morning before I set off into Norwich for meetings. So no sun this morning.

Headed into Norwich and had first meeting at the Forum and ended up sitting in the shade outside the coffee shop there. Really interesting meeting and lots of ideas to think about. Second meeting was at St Giles house on their terrace, by the time I got there the sun had moved off of it. So now sun for me today.

Had my first trial run after injuring my achilles the other week, this morning. I find running great but I can get a bit obsessive about it. So not being able to run is a bit of an issue for me. I was able to run for three lots of five minutes. A far cry from 40 -50 minutes I was doing mid week before I got injured. But it was lovely and sunny so good to be running. The injured leg held up well and I am hopeful my trip to the physio tomorrow will result in being able to run for longer.

Am still struggling a bit with this blogging. Want to do it but feels a bit self indulgent and not sure I have enough to write about everyday. So I shall write when I feel like it! How's that for a decision.

And on that point I shall draw to a close for today.
